‍Our pack hikes focus on creating freedom in the fresh air and open space so your dog can be curious, build confidence and have positive social experiences. This recipe also makes for a very fulfilled and relaxed dog at the end of the day.

We call this dog camp — the best combination of physical activity and enrichment.

Better than traditional daycare.
Pack hikes take place on 150+ acres of private property with wooded trails (with elevation gain), open meadows, seasonal streams and a pond for swimming. While on our private trail for at least 2 hours, your dog’s body gets physical movement while on the trail and their mind is engaged and stimulated with the sights, sounds and smells of the forest and interactions with me and other pack members.
As a pack member, your dog will work on recall, pack walking, impulse control, relaxation and other life skills.
Our packs are kept small to cultivate lasting canine friendships and to ensure dogs get individualized attention and care.
We spend each pack hike building confidence in each dog whether it be calmly riding in the car, learning to communicate with other dogs, or respectful play.
Thoughtful management and a safety-first approach is considered for every dog in our pack.

Home pickup service available in:
Brookfield, Northfield, Williamstown, and area locations
*pickup area is subject to change and some locations may not be available everyday.
Please expect your dog to be away from home 3-5 hours.
$40/hike
A weekly attendance commitment is required to maintain pack stability and facilitate effective learning. This is not a drop-in or as-needed service.

is my dog pack ready?

There are a few requirements to consider before we set up a meet and greet.

Friendly with dogs and people
Reliable recall (comes when called)
Off-leash experience (spends regular time off leash)
Enjoys riding in a car
Loves all of Vermont’s seasons and weather conditions
Over the age of 2 years old^ and spayed/neutered
A weekly commitment is required to build canine relationships and develop trail skills.

^Younger dogs may be considered.

*Preparatory training may be available for dogs not meeting all requirements.
